Our human resource modality functions on four pillars namely: Job Evaluation, Recruitment and Selection, Training, and Performance Evaluations. We collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, qualifications, and work environment of a particular job as a part of job analysis that gives a job evaluation report, and other steps are accordingly by our human resource department. Experts and consultants shall be selected on Head Hunting approach. However in case of other employee we recruit on open completion basis. Here at Mars, entry level staffs are often bestowed on-the- job training so that they can climb up organizational hierarchy given they meet academic qualification.
